Public website
Your domain, colours, photography, and copy. Bidders never have to see the platform name.
Auction software
Coredera Auctions is the public website bidders actually use, and the staff system that runs the sale. Catalogues, timed bidding, invoices, and email — branded as you, not as a generic marketplace.

The product
Not a marketplace you rent a stall on. A full house: the public site your bidders bookmark, and the back office your team lives in.
Your domain, colours, photography, and copy. Bidders never have to see the platform name.
Lot grid, search, photos, starting bid, buyer’s premium, and time left — ready for a weekly drop.
Place a bid, auto-bid, watchlist, countdown, and staggered or simultaneous close.
Dashboard, lots, invoices, bidders, sellers, and the house mailbox — one staff login.
The public site
This is the full front of house — not a cropped widget. Hero photography, your navigation, register-to-bid, and this week’s sale, on a domain that is yours.
Catalogue
A proper catalogue: search, status, watchlist, current bid, fees, and time left. One hundred and fifty lots or four hundred — the grid holds.
A lot
The lot page is where the sale happens. Full gallery on the left. Price, premium, closing time, watchlist, and the bid button on the right.
The engine room
Same product, other door. Dashboard, auctions, lots, invoices, bidders, sellers, and email — sample layout below. Live customer names and invoices stay inside the house.
This week’s sale · sample figures
Build the sale, add lots, set reserves and closing times.
Buyer invoices when the hammer falls. Shipping invoices when lots go out.
Registration, watchlists, wins, and account status — names stay private here.
The house inbox in the same login — not a separate app.
Sample layout for illustration · live bidder records and invoices are not published
How it works
Lots, photos, starting bids, reserves, and when each lot closes.
Bidders register on your site, wander the catalogue, watch, and bid.
Win emails go out. Buyer invoices follow. Shipping when a box is ready.
The same engine, a new catalogue — weekly, monthly, or whenever you sell.
Who it’s for
Weekly catalogues, timed bidding, no room sale — the way Going Gone runs.
Keep the floor if you have one. Put the catalogue and invoices on the same system.
Your photography and your name. Not a rented stall on someone else’s marketplace.
